Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements tied to any bonus have been met.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification if identity verification has not been completed.
• The payment method used to submit a withdrawal request must match the method used for the deposit.

ceo13 offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its players. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: a deposit of ৳22,000 attracts a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered.
• The welcome bonus applies once per account only.

Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games — this will be stated in the details of each bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The original deposited funds in the account cannot be withdrawn either until the wagering requirements have been met.
• ceo13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus may be cancelled if evidence of fraud or a breach of the Terms is found.

Fair Play & Security

Prohibited Activities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation. All Terms are drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
